How to Initiate a Return or Refund

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at

Include your order number and details of the issue. Our team will respond promptly with the next steps for returning your item.


Return Conditions

We’re happy to assist with returns that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Nymo, not from any third-party retailer (online or offline).

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 business days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returned products must be received in sellable condition.

Note:
For promotional offers or freebies, special return rules may apply. If you received the correct item and size, we cannot accept returns unless there is a fault. Returns are accepted only in cases of wrong product or wrong size.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For items over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping method or shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost or misrouted parcels.


Delays or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or not trackable, please contact us at contact@nymo-uk.com. We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include:

  • Expedited re-shipping, or

  • Full refund to your bank account.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are processed via Electronic Funds Transfer only.


Damaged or Incorrect Items / Exchanges

If you received a damaged item or something different from your order:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, and it qualifies as a valid return:

    • We will initiate a refund, or

    • Ship the correct item if an exchange is requested.

Your return or exchange request will be processed within 1–2 weeks after we receive the item.


Refunds

We may issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Customer cancellation before dispatch

  • Returned items that meet our eligibility criteria

  • Order errors or damages, verified by our team

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit cards: Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

  • Debit cards / bank transfers: Processed within 7–14 business days

Actual credit times depend on your bank. If delayed, please check with your financial institution before contacting us.

We do not issue refunds by cash, cheque, or demand draft.


Refund Timelines & Notifications

  • Refunds are generally initiated within 7 working days of receiving your returned item.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Please be aware that actual crediting to your account is subject to bank processing timelines.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds if a customer changes their mind after the order has shipped.

  • Differences in color or appearance due to screen resolution do not qualify for returns. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

  • Nymo is not responsible for any lost returns due to incorrect shipping or third-party delivery failures.
